Ingredients For turkey burgers
red pepper flakes
dried minced onion
crushed cheese flavored crackers or goldfish
How To Make turkey burgers
Preheat grill or pan.
In large bowl mix together garlic powder, red pepper flakes minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands form into 4 fat patties.
Place patties on grill for 7 min per side.
If cooking on stove use med high heat and cook for about 8 minutes per side I cook a little longer to make sure they are cooked through.
Top with swiss cheese and avacado slice and tomato.. Optional?
Use less pepper flakes if you do not like to much spice.. Enjoy..
