How to Make Turkey Burgers
- Preheat grill or pan.
In large bowl mix together garlic powder, red pepper flakes minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands form into 4 fat patties.
Place patties on grill for 7 min per side.
- If cooking on stove use med high heat and cook for about 8 minutes per side I cook a little longer to make sure they are cooked through.
- Top with swiss cheese and avacado slice and tomato.. Optional?
- Use less pepper flakes if you do not like to much spice.. Enjoy..
