Ingredients For italian turkey subs

1/2 ccornflake crumbs

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
1 lgegg, beaten
-
1 Tbspwater
-
4turkey breast tenderloins
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
4 lglettuce leaves
-
4submarine rolls, split, toasted

1/4 cken's lite creamy italian parmesan dressing

2 mdtomatoes, thinly sliced
How To Make italian turkey subs

1In shallow bowl, stir together cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg and water.

2Dip turkey tenderloins first into egg mix, then coat w/ crumb mix.

3In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook turkey tenderloins for 8-10 mins, or until browned, turning once. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top w/ turkey, dressing and tomato slices.
