My original recipe called for meat, but since I'm trying to eat healthier I made it w/ turkey breast, ground.

Ingredients For healthy creole meatballs

1 lgonion, chopped

1 mdgreen bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cquick-cooking rolled oats
-
1/4 cegg beaters, egg substitute

2 Tbspfat-free milk
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspdried italian seasoning
-
1 tspmrs. dash salt-free seasoning

1 tspcajun seasoning
-
1 lbground turkey breast
How To Make healthy creole meatballs

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a rimmed lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

2In lg bowl, combine onion, green bell pepper, rolled oats, Egg Beaters, milk, garlic, italian seasoning, Mrs. Dash seasoning and cajun seasoning. Add ground turkey and mix well.

3Using a rounded measuring tbsp, Shape turkey mix into 1-1/4" balls. Arrange meatballs in pan. Bake, uncovered 25 min, or until browned.
