How to Make Deana's Turkey Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl combine ground turkey, egg, and oats. If mixture is too moist add more oats to desired texture. The more oats you add the less moist it will be. Mix with wooden spoon or by using your hands.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and salt ant pepper. Pour mixture into standard sized bread pan. Spread catsup over top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins to an hour. Ready to serve.
