Ingredients For flashy fish tacos

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 2 can
    (6 oz each) water-packed light tuna, drained
  • 1 can
    (14 oz) petite diced tomatoes, drained (refrigerate or freeze drained juice for future cooking purposes, add to soups, etc.)
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 4
    8" flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make flashy fish tacos

  • 1
    In a 1 quart baking dish, mix together oil, oregano, cumin; microwave on high for 1 minute.

    Stir in tuna, tomatoes, hot pepper sauce and lime juice. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until heated through; stir once.

    Microwave tortillas for 10 seconds on high until warm. Spoon some of the hot filling onto each tortilla; top them with cheese, and fold.
