These were amazing. We used fresh catch bass, grilled the fillets and assembled the taco's. So good

Ingredients

  • 12
    flour tortilla shells taco size
  • 2 lb
    fresh catch or any white fish like cod
  • 1 tsp
    each cumin, and salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • TOPPINGS

  • ·
    red cabbage shredded
  • ·
    red onion slices
  • ·
    avocado slices
  • ·
    salsa or pico de gala
  • ·
    fresh cilantro chopped
  • ·
    lime wedges
  • SAUCE

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    mayo
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • ·
    hot sauce to taste

How to Make Fish Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the cumin, salt and pepper together and season the fish. Grill until flaky and done or bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.
    Place the tortillas in batches in a hot pan or on the grill and get some char on them.
  3. Place the fish in each shell top with some sauce and layer the toppings. Enjoy
