I don’t know about all of you, but I am a stickler when it comes to tacos. In my mind, there are only two kinds: 1) Great tacos and 2) Bad tacos. “So-so” doesn’t exist. It’s not like sandwiches, pizza, or burgers where I think it was “ok” and can still be left with a little sense of satisfaction because I was craving it at the time…no. Not with tacos. Tacos exist on an entirely different level. I’m either begging for more or pushing my plate away.

Ingredients For double wrap beef tacos

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 md
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 can
    (15 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • 8
    crispy corn taco shells and/or
  • 8
    (6- inch) flour tortillas

How To Make double wrap beef tacos

  • 1
    In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain well. Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions. Heat taco shells and tortillas as package directs.

    Wrap a flour tortilla around a crispy corn taco shell and add meat. Top with onion, tomato, beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
