Ingredients For shirmp and scallop casserole

  • 1/2 cup butter,1-1/2 tbs. of flour 1cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup sherry, 1 tbs. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup gruyere cheese ,
  • salt and pepper to tast, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 cup hellmans mayonaise 1 lb. large shrimp, 1 /2 lb. scallops ( raw) bacon and sour cream potato chips or sweet bread chips

How To Make shirmp and scallop casserole

  • 1
    make cream sauce from first five ingredients. stir in cheese, salt and pepper and celery. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. after cheese is melted, remove from stove and cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in mayonaise and chopped parsley. Then add the shrimp and scollops and top with crumbled bacon and sour cream potato chips. Back 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
