Pecan Crusted Salmon
16 ounce boneless skinless salmon filet
1 Tbspfinely chopped pecans
1 Tbsppanko bread crumbs
1 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese (the kind in the jar is fine).
1 tspmelted butter
IF YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE FILLET, SIMPLY ADJUST THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE AMOUNT OF FILLETS YOU WANT TO USE.
How to Make Pecan Crusted Salmon
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place salmon filet into the baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise.
- In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, cheese, and melted butter. Press onto the top of the salmon filet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with fork. Enjoy without guilt!
