I am a late onset Lactose intollerant, but I love my clam chowder. Created this recipe so I can enjoy it again. Good for those who aren't lactose intollerant.

Ingredients For lactose free easy clam chowder

1 clactose free half and half
-
2-3 smprebaked potatoes

1 mdonion, sliced

1 canchopped clams
-
1 canwhole baby clams

1 cansweet corn (small can)

1/4 pkgbacon bits

1/4 Tbsppat margarine

canola oil
How To Make lactose free easy clam chowder

1on Medium heat, heat a saucepan. Add oil. When hot enough add onions. Cook until thye start to turn transluscent.

2Cube potatoes, add to onions. Add full can of clams (juice and all), bacon bits, corn (and juice), half and half, magarine. Reduce Heat and simmer (15 - 20 minutes).
