Ingredients For seafood pie

  • 1 can
    (6 ounce) shrimp
  • 1 can
    (6 ounce) clams
  • (3 ounce) gruyere cheese, shredded or grated
  • 3 ounce swiss cheese , shredded or grated
  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    ground red pepper (optional)
  • dash
    salt and pepper
  • deep dish pie shell

How To Make seafood pie

  • 1
    Drain shrimp and clams. Beat eggs; add drained shrimp and clams and rest of ingredients.

    Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
