A Quiche is great for brunch, and hearty enough for dinner. I just love Asparagus, and it goes so well with the chicken and ham...I also cheat and use rotisserie chicken...enjoy!

How To Make heavenly quiche

Preheat oven to 425 degree F. In a bowl toss chicken, ham, asparagus and cheese. Place into unbaked pie shell. Whisk milk, eggs, and seasonings together. ( I use my blender, makes the quiche fluffy and light. ) Pour over mixture in pie shell. I sometimes add some grated cheese to the top, the last few minutes of baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake another 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
