2 slicemultigrain bread (we tested w/light wheat and oat bread)

3 Tbspalmond butter (sunflower, flax, cashew or other seed/nut butter can be subbed)

2 slicebacon, crisply cooked and drained (or your favorite vegetarian bacon)

1 Tbsphoney (we also tested the second sandwich switching berry jam for honey)

pinchground cinnamon

1 smbanana, peeled and sliced
How To Make the healthy elvis is in the house

1ARRANGE bread in even layer on clean work surface.

2STIR together almond butter or similar seed or nut butter, bacon, honey, and cinnamon in small bowl. Spread on bread, dividing evenly. Divide banana between 2 slices of the bread in even layer. Place other slice of bread on top.

3HEAT large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add sandwiches and grill until golden and heated through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
