How to Make Super Quick & Easy Italian Sausage Subs


  1. Bake Italian sausages in a 350 degree oven or grill over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile heat spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer on low until brats are cooked.
  2. Spray buns with butter flavor cooking spray and toast under the broiler for a few minutes just until they start to toast.
  3. Place sausage on toasted bun. ladle with spaghetti sauce and top generously with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place back under the broiler just until cheese starts to brown and bubble. Serve with chips and a nice salad.
