  • 1 large
    loaf of soft french bread
  • 1 lb
    deli ham
  • 1/2 lb
    very thin sliced hard salami
  • 1/2 lb
    very thin sliced sandwich style pepperoni
  • 8 slice
    thin slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slice
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small
    tomato sliced very thin (i use a mandoline slicer)
  • 2 c
    shredded lettuce

    italian dressing
  • ·
    sliced banana peppers
  • ·
    banana peppers
  • ·
    sliced red onion
  • ·

How to Make Italian Party Sub


  1. Slice bead in half through the middle.
  2. layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, thin sliced tomato and lettuce onto bread.
  3. Place top half of bread on top of lettuce layer.
  4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Slice into 6-8 sandwiches. Serve.
  6. Tip: I use an electric knife for all the slicing.
