How to Make Hot Pastrami Melt


  1. Shred 1/4 lbs (per sandwich ) in a buttered fry pan over medium heat stirring until brown and heated thru
  2. Warm rolls in microwave or in a warm oven while browning meat
  3. Pile cooked Pastrami into mounds about the size of the rolls place a slice of provolone cheese on each pile and heat over low heat till cheese melts
  4. Place Pastrami n cheese on rolls top with your favorite mustard, mayo or just leave it plain... serve with fries or alone ... Enjoy!
