This is so delicious. The tortillas become crispy and brown. It is loaded with all the good stuff and less bread. Great for game day.

Ingredients For giant italian bmt burrito

  • 5
    medium flour tortillas.
  • 2 Tbsp
    each flour and water
  • 8 oz
    black forest ham
  • 8 oz
    genoa salami
  • 8 oz
    pepperoni
  • 8 oz
    provolone cheese slices
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 md
    red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    drained pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    italian salad dressing

How To Make giant italian bmt burrito

    Mix the flour and water together to make a paste. Lay out three flour tortillas side by side overlapped a bit brushing the flour paste on the areas of overlapping to make them stick. Take the last two tortillas and place them in the middle on top overlapping and using the flour paste to stick them together.

    Lay the mozzarella slices over the tortillas leaving about 3 inch head room at the top and sides. Lay the black forest ham over the mozzarella. Now the salami over the ham and drizzle half the Italian dressing over top. Sprinkle 1 tsp. pepper on top. Top with the peppperoncini, then the pepperoni. Top with the red onion, then drizzle the remaining Italian dressing and black pepper. Finish with the Provolone cheese slices.

    Roll up burrito style pushing the sides in and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Slice to serve
