Ingredients For spicy yucatan sliders

  • 1 pkg
    grilling chorizo sausage, out of casings
  • 1 tsp
    cumin, powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 c
    caramelized or grilled onions
  • 2 oz
    frisée
  • 2 md
    roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 12
    slider buns
  • GUACAMOLE
  • 1 lg
    avocado smashed
  • 1 lg
    garlic clove, grated
  • zest & juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • habanero sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes

How To Make spicy yucatan sliders

    Add cumin and chipotle chili powder to chorizo, form sausage into 3 inch patties. Prep grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers for 2 minutes and flip and grill for an additional minute or so until juices run clear.

    Meanwhile, combine all guacamole ingredients together. Mix well.

    Build your sliders. Assemble bottom half of buns, frisée, tomato, burger, guacamole, onions and top with bun. Enjoy!
