    seasoning salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    pecan or cherry seasoning
  • 1
    rack of ribs
  • 1 qt
    apple juice
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    your favorite barbecue sauce

How To Make smoken baby back ribs

  • 1
Start your grill, you want a temp of 250 - 275 and you want to use indirict heat when grillen.
  • 2
While your getting temp on your grill you want to get your ribs ready, you want to dry off the ribs
  • 3
In a bowl add your dark brown sugar and cracked pepper and seasoning salt and peacan or cherry rub seasoning, mix well.
  • 4
On a cookie sheet or a cutting board place the rack of ribs, now start to put mixture on the ribs,, I like to pile it on.
  • 5
If you have a smoker or a chip box, right before you put the ribs on you can put the wood in. I like to use apple and cherry and some grape vine to do my smoke. If you do not have a smoke box you can use some heavey duty foil and make a box for the wood chips to go into..
  • 6
If you have a rib rack with a drip pan or you can just put on grill, if you have a rack and pan, foil the pan and put 1/2 in of apple jucie in the bottom.
  • 7
You want to keep temp around 250 -275 and you want to spray the ribs about every 15 min. with apple juice.
  • 8
I like to keep them on about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. but you need to watch if they start to get over brown on edges.
  • 9
When they are done , take off and put on large piece of foil, shiny side out. Then brush with honey and then with your barbecue sauce.
  • 10
Now seal your edges of the foil tight to the ribs. And drop the temp in the grill to 200 for 1 hr
