This is comfort food at its best with an Italian twist. It is savory, delicious, and filling. My mother always made meat loaf with these seasonings and I learned it this way and this is the only meat loaf I make. It has been a favorite in our family for many years. I’ve been making this for so long that I can dump and pour and it always turns out good, however, I made the meatloaf using these measurements so I could share the recipe and it turned out perfect.
