1 tspfennel seeds

3/4 cdry white wine

1green bell pepper, diced

2red bell peppers, sliced

1 Tbspminced garlic

1onion, medium, thinly sliced

12italian sausages, hot

How To Make sausage and peppers

1Heat the oil in a casserole or large skillet and cook the sausage for 2 minutes on each side.

2Pour off most of the fat, add the onions, garlic, peppers, tomato paste, wine, fennel seeds, salt and pepper.

3Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
