I had an abundance of Pears. I decided to create a new dish. It came out delicious. I first coated the tenderloin with a flour mixture. Then I seared it before roasting with pears. I toppedd it off with a cranberry Maple pear glaze. It is not sweet at all. It is tender and juicy. My family loves it. I will be making this dish quite often. Enjoy!
