How to Make Quick & Easy Pork Chops with Gravy
- Using a large skillet, add olive oil. Season pork chops with onion salt and brown them in oil; approx. 3 minutes per side.
- Mix gravy and sour cream thoroughly and spoon mixture over the chops.
- Simmer, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes - do not boil.
- Serve chops along with mashed potatoes or rice and spoon extra gravy on top.
