Ingredients For pork jambalaya

  • 4 md
    pork chops
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced
  • 1/2 c
    onion, diced
  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • to taste dash
    salt and pepper
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 2 c
    rice
  • to taste dash
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make pork jambalaya

  • 1
    wash pork chops, sear in hot skillet each side remove and set aside
  • 2
    sautee in butter vegetables, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • 3
    Add 1 can broth(add enough water to the broth to have right amount of liquid per directions on rice box), red pepper and garlic salt. Let come to boil

    Add rice, stir, remove from heat and place pork chops atop rice and cover with lid. Bake covered 375-50 minutes
