The pork chops? Eh, not bad. The relish? YUM! I went to Lawrys.com to find a creative way to use my Hawaiian Marinade. The relish made far more than could be eaten with the pork chops, so we used it on all of our meats, including hot dogs. Enjoy!

1/2 c
hawaiian marinade (lawry's)
2 Tbsp
hawaiian marinade (lawry's)
bone=in pork chops (about 2 pounds)
2 medium
bell peppers, diced, color of your choice
jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
1 medium
cucumber, seeded and diced
1/2 large
red onion, diced
1/2 c
chopped dried cranberries or apricots
1/4 tsp
garlic salt

How to Make Pork Chops with Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish


  • 1In large plastic bag pour 1/2 cup Hawaiian marinade over chops; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  • 2In medium bowl, combine 2 tbsp Hawaiian marinade with remaining ingredients.
  • 3Remove chops, discarding bag and marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 15 minutes, or until chops are done. To serve, arrange chops on serving platter and top with relish.
