Pork Chops with Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish

1/2 cHawaiian marinade (Lawry's)
2 TbspHawaiian marinade (Lawry's)
4bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds)
2 mediumbell peppers, diced, color of your choice
2jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
1 mediumcucumber, seeded and diced
1/2 largered onion, diced
1/2 cchopped dried cranberries or apricots
1/4 tspgarlic salt
How to Make Pork Chops with Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish
- In large plastic bag pour 1/2 cup Hawaiian marinade over chops; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- In medium bowl, combine 2 tbsp Hawaiian marinade with remaining ingredients.
- Remove chops, discarding bag and marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 15 minutes, or until chops are done. To serve, arrange chops on serving platter and top with relish.
