Pork Chops in a Duck Sauce Gravy
How to Make Pork Chops in a Duck Sauce Gravy
- Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add about 2 tsp margarine. Pour in 2 cups duck sauce.
- Lower heat to medium. Add the rest of the margarine, allowing it to melt into the duck sauce. Once heated -- the duck sauce should be barely bubbling, add the pork chops.
- Turn the pork chops twice after ten minutes, then again, twice after 5 minutes.
- After the chops are done, taste test the sauce, balancing the salty margarine and the sweet sauce. When the sauce is done, pour some over each chop, reserving the rest for those who want more.
