My family loves this a lot. It dosen't last long at meal time. When I don't have nuch time I use the slow cooker to make this.

Ingredients

    pork chops
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken base
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic
  • ·
    salt and pepper (lightly)

How to Make PORK CHOPS AND RICE

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown pork chops slowly, but not too brown. Saute' onion in grease where chops were cooked.
  2. In a large baking dish, mix all ingredients and lay pork chop on top. cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
