I wanted something quick and easy on hand. I opened up the fridge and this is what I made. The only thing original about this sammie is the spicy mayo. I didn't really have to think too much out of the box. Happy Cooking! sw:)

Ingredients

  • WHAT YOU FIND IN THE FRIDGE MEATS AND SUPPORTING CASTS

  • ·
    prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • ·
    canadian bacon, thinly sliced
  • ·
    pepperoni, sliced
  • ·
    cucumber, sliced
  • ·
    green leaf lettuce
  • ·
    roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ·
    mini potato rolls
  • SPICY MAYO

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 oz
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    chives, dried
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    sriracha hot sauce (as much or less as you wish)
