I JUST made this for dinner! and O...M....G So damn good! Its amazing the thing you can do with a bit of leftover Taco seasoning right? If you like, I think this would've been good with a slice of Avocado. But regardless, very delicious and very unique! :)

Ingredients For mexican blt

  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning
  • 1
    tomato
  • slice
    lettuce
  • 6 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco sauce
  • 8 slice
    texas toast
  • 8 slice
    pepperjack cheese
  • Few slice
    fresh avocado (optional)

How To Make mexican blt

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees, Lay your bacon out Flat, Sprinkle with 1T of Taco Seasoning and Bake for 10 Minutes. After 10 minutes, Flip the bacon, and Sprinkle with the other Tablespoon of the Taco Seasoning, and bake for another 10 minutes

    In a small bowl, combine Sour Cream and Taco cause, Refrigerate for as long as possible, until serving

    Toast your bread and spread the Sour cream mixture on both sides of the bread, and assemble your sandwich

    Assemble sandwich as Follows. Bottom slice of toast, Pepperjack Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Avocado (Optional) And other slice of bread
