How to Make HOME-STYLE PORK CHOPS
- Cook the chopped onion in a large skillet until tender; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet brown the pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper as desired. Stir in the gravy.
- Return the onions to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes if pork chops are thin-cut; 45 minutes if thick-cut.
- Stir in the sour cream until blended. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
- Top with french fried onions and serve.
