How to Make Ham and Hashbrown Casserole
- add first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until thick. Add remaining 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add sour cream.
- Combine with potatoes and ham and put in pan sprayed with butter spray.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
