I love grilling meats in the summer time, or in the winter time for that matter. These are so simple and taste really good.

  • 6-8
    pork loin chops
  • ·
    juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4+ clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 tsp
    crushed thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Grilled Pork Chops


  1. Place pork chops into zip lock bag.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Mix together herbs, spices and salt together in a small dish. Pour over pork chops.
  4. Press out excess air and seal bag completely.
  5. Turn and massage spices and liquids into pork until well coated.
  6. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
  7. Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill Pork 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness or until cooked through.
