thick pork chops (about 2 lb)
  • marinade

    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 clove
    fresh garlic (minced or pressed)

    horseradish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 6 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make gayle's grilled pork chops

  • 1
Make criss cross slits in the fat on the pork chop so it can absorb the marinade
  • 2
In a glass dish mix all the marinade ingredients and place the chops in (turning once at this point and turning once more about half way through)
  • 3
cover and let stand at room temprature for 4 hours (use common sense f it's hot out keep it in a cool area otherwise marinade 8 hours in the refrigerator)
  • 4
Mix the Basting ingredients and allow to sit while the meat marinades.
  • 5
Remove chops from marinade baste and grill until cooked to your liking (about 6 minutes per side usually does it on my grill, they should no longer be pink) be liberal with the basting sauce to infuse with flavor
