This is one of my husband's favorite Sunday lunches. I just put it on the night before and wake up to such a wonderful aroma.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We always love a Crock Pot meal. This pork chop and potato one is simple and delicious. The meat and potatoes soak up the savory flavor from the butter and cream soups. Once it simmers in the slow cooker, the pork is so tender you can cut it with a fork. You'll want to add this hearty meal to your regular dinner rotation.
