How To Make brenda's sweet hawaiian ribs

  • 1
first in a small mixing bowl you will mix the pineapple juice, molasses, honey and brown sugar.this will be your marinade.you may marinade over night or you can marinade for 30 minutes they will be just as good.add the meat tenderizer at the same time you marinade.
  • 2
then you take your vegetables and saute` them lightly with olive oil.then in a large baking pan place the ribs in first drizzle the the marinade all over the ribs .then add a cap full of olive oil to each rib.
  • 3
then place a pineapple on each rib using a tooth pick to hold in place.then cover with the saute' vegetables.then season with the remaining seasoning to taste .bast the marinade over the ribs again .
  • 4
cover and bake on 375 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.until ribs are very tender.about an hour before they are done add your favorite sweet bbq sauce.just brush over each rib.add more or less to your own taste I would not add to much so you don`t drowned out the flavors.garnish with parsley.the prep time does not show time for marinade .
