My niece made this for Easter a few years and now we make it every Easter. It is soo good. Thanks Maria!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We love cooking with bourbon when it's combined with something sweet and savory. The glaze becomes thick as it cooks. As it cooled a bit, it becomes even thicker. Bourbon adds a little something to the glaze but does not have a harsh alcohol taste. The flavors of the orange marmalade, bourbon, and honey are perfect in this glaze.

Note: A 5 lb ham is small. We used an 8 lb ham and had more than enough glaze for it. If you opt for a larger ham adjust the cooking time (15-20 minutes per pound at 350 F). Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
