Ingredients For beef and pork ring

    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 lb
    ground pork
  • 2 Tbsp
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard

How To Make beef and pork ring

    Mix egg, milk, crumbs, onion, green pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper.

    Add meats; mix well. In a 9 inch glass pie plate, shape meat mixture into a ring, 1 inch high, around a small juice glass.

    Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven for 8 minutes; giving the dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes. Spoon off fat.

    Mix remaining ingredients; spread over meat. Micro-cook, uncovered, about 2 minutes, or until done.
