I recently purchased a whole pork loin, so I was pressed to figure out what to do with it! I cut part of it into 1" chops and came up with this recipe on the fly. Whaddya know? It's easy, quick, and actually quite tasty! My family raved, so I guess it has found its place in my arsenal of recipes.

We loved the combination of the savory pork with the bright cranberry orange glaze in this yummy dinner recipe. The pork chops are easy to cook and full of flavor. The glaze is fantastic. It's tart from the cranberry sauce, tangy from the balsamic vinegar, and has a hint of orange. Broiling them at the end creates a delicious crystallized crust on top.
