Needed to try something different with my burgers, This is what I came up with from my pantry. Turned into an asian night!
Very tastey filling burger! Enjoy!

  • 1 lb
    beef, pork mix (meatloaf mix)
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    mushrooms chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2
    packet splenda
  • 1
    packet seasoning from oriental ramen noodles
  • 2
    chopped green onions
  • 3-4 c
    pre mix slaw

How to Make Asian Burger w/ Asian Slaw


  1. Mix contents of dressing, first 6 ingredients. Shake well.
    Add slaw and green onions. set aside.
  2. Mix first 7 ingredients for patties, shape into 4 patties.
    Grill or fry for 5-6 min. per side.
    Let rest for 4min, before assembling burgers and slaw on 4 buns of choice.
