This is a very uniquely flavored pork chop dish because of the Arizona seasoning. The pork chops are spicy and the sauce is cool and creamy. It is wonderful served with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. Any side dish that you can add the sauce to. Normally I would say it was fine to use another spice but this is one you should splurge and buy a small jar from Penzeys Spice Store. It is affordable to try a small amount for those who are wanting to taste this unique seasoning. This recipe comes from Penzey's catalog.

Remove the pan of sauce from the heat. using a slotted spoon, mix about half of the sauce into the cooked rice. The slotted spoon helps you get the chunkier bits and less liquid into the rice. Pour the remaining sauce into a medium bowl and gently mix in the sour cream.
