I love the flavor of Apples and Pork Chops. This recipe satisfies my taste buds.

    pork chops, bone in
  • 1
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can(s)
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey (plus, to your taste)
  • ·
    parsley, to sprinkle

How to Make Apple/Honey Pork Chops


  1. Pat chops dry using paper towels. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chops, both sides for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove chops.
  3. Add canned apples, honey and garlic. Simmer til it thickens up a little. Add chops back into skillet. Cover and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve. (I like to serve it over rice.)
