How to Make Utica Greens Penne with Cream Sauce
- Prepare Utica Greens. Recipe located in my recipe box.
- Prepare 1/4 lb of penne: Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook as directed on box.
- While pasta is cooking. Place heavy cream, hot cherry peppers and greens in large saute pan over low heat and bring up to warm temperature. When pasta is al dente scoop it out of water and into saute pan. Mix ingredients together and serve while hot.
