Ingredients For steak tips with peppered mushroom gravy

2 cegg noodles, uncooked

1 lbtop sirloin, cut 3/4 inch pieces

1 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspfinely chopped shallots
-
8 ozpre-sliced babybella mushrooms

1 tspminced garlic
-
3 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
1 1/2 cfat-free, low-sodium beef broth
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
3 sprigthyme
How To Make steak tips with peppered mushroom gravy

1Cook noodles according to package, omitting salt and fat; drain.

2Heat in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat coat pan with cooking spray. Add steak and saute for 5 minutes browning on all sides. Remove from pan and cover.

3Melt butter in a pan add shallots and mushroom and saute for about 4 minutes. Add garlic and soy sauce. Stir in flour and allow to brown about 1 minute. Gradually add broth stirring constantly. Add pepper, salt, and thyme sprigs. Bring to boil; cook 2 minutes or until thickened.

4Return beef to pan cook until thoroughly, remove and discard the thyme sprigs.

5Serving Size: 3/4 cup beef, 2/3 cup noodles 344 Calories per serving
