How to Make Spaghetti with Pecorino Romano & Arugula
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. At the salt enough to make it taste like the sea. Bring back to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
- Drain reserving one cup of pasta water. Place the spaghetti in a bowl. Add the butter and cheese and stir until both are melted. Stir in the arugula.
- Serve with freshly ground black pepper
