Ingredients

  • FRESH PASTA DOUGH
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • RAVIOLI FILLING
  • 5 ounces Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • GARNISH
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

How To Make prosciutto and boursin ravioli with garlic butter

  • Step 1
    Place the flour onto a clean surface and make a well in the center.
  • Step 2
    Add the eggs, olive oil, and salt into the well.
  • Step 3
    Using a fork, slowly whisk the eggs while gradually pulling flour into the center until a dough begins to form.

    Knead the dough by hand for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    While the dough rests, prepare the filling.

    In a bowl, mix together the Boursin cheese, chopped prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until fully combined.
