This is for challege I was in featuring Spam, Egg Noodles, and Sour Cream. This is a delicious cold pasta salad.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    egg noodles
  • 4 oz
    ff sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    peppered spam or any cooked meat chopped
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3
    green onions, sliced
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ADDITIONS TO RECIPE

    black olives

How to Make Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil eggs noodles, drain, add sour cream and mix well. Cut Spam into small cubes and brown in skillet. Slice green onion, half cherry tomatoes. Add all into pasta as well as cheddar cheese. Serve warm or cold.
