papa's spaghetti

This is a recipe made up by my stepfather. The grandkids call him "Papa", hence the name "Papa's Spaghetti". This was a dish he made up for the kids and they all love it and ask for it whenever they visit! It's a very simple, kid approved recipe. And if I'm being honest, I like it too!!! ;)

Ingredients For papa's spaghetti

  • 4 oz
    velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz
    spaghetti
  • 12 oz
    tomato juice

How To Make papa's spaghetti

    Boil Spaghetti for 8 minutes.

    In medium saucepan melt cubed velveeta in tomato juice over medium heat.
  • 3
    Drain spaghetti and add to cheese mixture, stir. Will thicken upon standing.
