Quick and easy, this Parmesan Pasta will fool your family into thinking you've spent a long time cooking. Whether you serve it as a main dish or a side, it will surely become a favorite. You can adjust the garlic to taste or even add more to the top when you add the Parmesan.

Ingredients For one-skillet parmesan pasta

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 6 clove
    minced garlic
  • 13 1/4 oz
    dry spaghetti
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 stick
    butter, cubed
  • 3 c
    chicken stock or chicken broth
  • 1 c
    milk or cream
  • 1/2+ c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, minced

How To Make one-skillet parmesan pasta

    In a 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

    Add spaghetti, salt, pepper, butter, chicken stock, and milk; stir and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low, stir constantly for about 16-20 minutes.

    Remove from heat and portion out into bowls. Sprinkle Parmesan and garnish with minced parsley.
