bonnie's macaroni skillet

This is one of those meals I have made so many times with no recipe, and it has just sort of evolved over the years. It is made in a huge skillet, so there will be plenty of leftovers to freeze for another day. Add crunchy French bread or garlic bread, and a tossed green salad, and dinner is served. Don't forget the wine! Enjoy! The photo is my own and so is this humble recipe.
